Everything around us is changing.

We don’t have to lose ourselves in it.

Hawthorn. Every ring a season of growth.

If you’ve spent years adapting to fit systems that weren’t designed for you, perhaps that’s as a disabled professional or someone living with a long-term condition. This is for you.

The workplace culture, the unspoken rules, the way things are done. How might it be to hold this with less weight and more curiosity? To step back and see what’s shaping your experience? To be you.

Maybe you’re starting a new role and wondering how much of yourself to bring. Maybe you’re managing a team while managing your own energy. Or facing redundancy, going for promotion, or questioning whether the organisation you’re working in is one you want to stay in.

The coaching journey

  • Imagine having space to step back from it all. Not to be told what to do, but to think clearly. Maybe for the first time in a while.
  • I’m not the expert on your experience. You are. My role is to create a space where you can think, be heard, and find what’s possible.
  • Six sessions over three to six months, held together by a clear intention that we shape and revisit as the work unfolds.
  • People I’ve worked with describe greater clarity about what they want from work and calmer thinking in difficult situations. They gain a kinder understanding of themselves, their motivations, strengths and limits.
  • Curious? Find out more about the coaching journey.

“There’s a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in.”

Leonard Cohen

"Suzi provides a coaching experience that creates the conditions for inner calm and ordered thought… She tapped into my creative way of thinking to help me express my thoughts in a way that really landed with me and engaged me. She has really helped me navigate my life and career during what has been a highly challenging time."

Other things I do

I deliver disability confidence workshops and inclusion consultancy for national organisations through partners including Business Disability Forum and Freeney Williams.

In my local community, I develop spaces where people can connect, debate and influence power. Challenging ageism workshops, death cafes, music and women’s groups. These come from the same beliefs: that barriers originate in the environment, not in who someone is, and that belonging matters.

Let's talk. An exploratory conversation is free and confidential. If coaching isn't the right fit, you'll come away with more clarity about what might help.
